Shipping Policy

PrettySadityBosses will always choose the best carrier for your size package that will accommodate the quickest route as well at the best price! All shipping prices are determined by size of package and distance! Orders are shipped out from PSB within 1-4 business days unless stated otherwise in description, after that actual shipping for US orders should take 1-7 business days! You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use tracking numbers to track orders!

Worldwide International shipping is available! Shipping times for international packages will be shown at checkout!

PSB is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages once out of our hands! If the package says delivered by postal service and you do not have it in your possession pls contact them for further assistance! 

PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS : If your package is sent back after multiple failed delivery attempts with the shipping carrier because it was undeliverable this is usually due to an incorrect address, vacancy or a missing apartment number! I will contact you to offer the items to be shipped out again if the mistake can be corrected but another shipping payment is needed! You also have the choice to be refunded for your items and your items ONLY! Shipping will not be refunded!
